Ant Horasanli’s first film, Lost Journey, was acquired by Mongrel Media and received a theatrical release in Toronto and Los Angeles before selling to Netflix and Super Channel. He has written, produced, and directed three feature films, three documentaries, and five digital series. In 2021 Ant received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for ‘Best Director, Web Program or Series’ for the first season of The Runner. He most recently produced and directed the third season of the award-winning high octane series Petrol.

Sara is an award-winning filmmaker and co-creator of the IPF funded digital series, The Vault. It reached over 1.5 million views on YouTube and has won over 20 international awards including ‘Best Director’, ‘Best Series’, ‘Best Editing’, and ‘Best Visual Effects’. In 2019 Sara was chosen as one of 25 participants in the BANFF-NETFLIX Diversity of Voices Program where she was able to pitch directly to executives from Netflix, CAA, and Bell Media. Also in 2019, Sara co-produced the Bell Fund digital series The Runner, which won numerous awards and received a CSA nomination in 2021. She is also the co-producer of Petrol Season 3 which was released in March 2023.
JIN AHN
VFX Supervisor & Compositor
Jin Ahn has been working in the VFX industry since 2014. He has served as VFX Supervisor, Technical Director, and Compositor on numerous Hollywood films, TV series, and triple A videogame titles. He is also the co-founder of the Toronto based VFX studio Poetic Image. N5 Pictures has collaborated with Jin Ahn and his company on several projects including The Vault and seasons 2 and 3 of Petrol – to deliver stunning, world-class visual effects that help put our series on the map.
DAVID WALTERS
Social Media Producer
David Walters and his company have been working with N5 Pictures since Petrol Season 1. His phenomenal work on that series helped Petrol grow an international fan base with over 12,600 Facebook fans and 3.2 million views on YouTube. David’s campaign strategies and content management skills proved just as effective on other projects for N5 Pictures, such as season one of The Runner.
In 2021, David worked with N5 Pictures as Social Media Producer for the CSA nominated and Bell Fund supported docu-series Auto Aficionado – which has since amassed over 1.2 million views on YouTube and over 100K followers on Instagram.
Recently, he has contributed to the success of the third installment of the Bell Fund/CMF/Ontario Creates supported series Petrol, which was released in March 2023.
